Reel Moving Cinema (RMC) was established as a company in December 2008. It specialises in the supply of motion picture equipment and projection services. We have worked with local and regional councils, schools, corporate organisations, not for profit groups, film festivals and the National Film and Sound Archive. Director Michael Brooks is passionate about providing the very best quality cinema experience both visually and aurally.

RMC have invested over $250,000 on dedicated cinema equipment for events. All equipment is regularly meticulously serviced and maintained. We pride ourselves on the use of dedicated cinema audio delivering unparalleled quality for our audiences. Also, we are the only independent and locally owned freelance supplier of DCP (Digital Cinema Package) format equipment in Queensland. DCP is the standard digital format of commercial cinema.

RMC is adaptable and able to provide event management services where required along with additional advice on chosen venues and films to ensure successful events. We have built long-standing relationships with various film distributors ensuring a smooth delivery of content for each event. We provide employment for 32 locally based businesses and individuals.

RMC specialise in the presenting outdoor cinema, and bringing cinema to non-cinema venues.
